1. One-time Registration
- Purpose: Permanent database for candidates.
- Access: Available 24/7 throughout the year.
- Account Activation: A link will be sent to the candidate’s email for verification.
- Login: Use the Registration ID and Password to access the account.
- Email Validation: Ensure a valid email address for account activation.
2. Filling up Profile Details
- Required Information:
- Personal details (Name, DOB, Address, etc.)
- Educational details (10th grade onwards)
- Category (UR/SC/ST/OBC) & other relevant fields.
- Submit: After filling the details, click the “Submit” button.
3. Uploading Photograph and Signature
- File Size & Format:
- Photograph: 30 KB to 100 KB (JPEG/JPG).
- Signature: 15 KB to 30 KB (JPEG/JPG).
- Upload Flexibility: Can be uploaded anytime after registration.
4. Applying for Specific Posts
- Notification Alert: Registered candidates receive an email when a new recruitment notification is released.
- Application: Click “Apply” for the specific post and verify the pre-filled application details.
- Fee Payment: Pay recruitment fee through online modes (Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking).
- Exemption: Candidates exempted from fees (certain categories/gender) can apply directly.
